2. Purchase of License Keys
- 2.1 Payment: You agree to pay the specified amount for the license key(s) you purchase. Payments are securely processed through Stripe, Paypal, and Sellix, with no storage of financial information on our servers.
- 2.2 Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive the license key(s) via email or through your Website account. Please ensure that the provided email address is accurate to ensure timely delivery.
3. Use License Keys
- 3.1 Authorized Use: License keys purchased through Zultex5M are for your personal use and are non-transferable.
- 3.2 Prohibited Use: You may not resell, distribute, or transfer license keys to third parties without explicit permission from the Software Administrator. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- 4.1 Refunds: Refunds are issued only for defective license keys or technical issues preventing proper use. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are subject to acceptance by the software owner. We will decide whether to replace the order or issue a refund.
- 4.2 Cancellation: Zultex5M reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. In such cases, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued.
5. Services Provided
Zultex5M operates as an online reseller where users can purchase third-party license keys that we provide. Our services include promoting and delivering digital keys and goods for video games, both single-player and online multiplayer.
As such, Zultex5M offers its online reselling services (the “Services”) to visitors browsing the Site, registered buyers and sellers on the Site, and any other users with an account, all subject to the following Terms.
We do not endorse or encourage the use of mod menus online, as it is strictly prohibited by Rockstar’s Terms of Service. While the license keys for the menu may include sections compatible with online use, online usage is entirely at your own risk, and we do not condone it.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zultex5M is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
